At Medicoccus, we strive to provide high-quality courses and services to help you succeed in your USMLE preparation. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure that our refund process is clear and fair. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how we handle refunds.

1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under specific circumstances depending on the type of product or service purchased. Please note the following conditions:

  • Digital Courses and Materials: Due to the nature of digital products (including online courses, e-books, and other downloadable materials), refunds are generally not available once the content has been accessed.
  • Subscription Services: Subscription fees for services such as premium course access are non-refundable after the subscription period begins. You may cancel the subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

2. Requesting a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • Technical Issues: If you encounter technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course materials, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course more than once, please contact us within 7 days to request a refund for the duplicate charge.
  • Course Not as Described: If you believe the course was significantly misrepresented based on the course description, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Please provide detailed feedback for us to review.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation (such as screenshots of technical errors or duplicate payments).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: Once access to a digital product or course has been provided, we cannot offer a refund if you decide you no longer wish to take the course.
  • Partial Use: If you have already accessed a significant portion of the course or materials, a refund will not be granted.
  • Failure to Pass Exams: We do not guarantee that completing our courses will result in passing the USMLE exams. Refunds are not available based on exam outcomes.

5. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.

6. Course Cancellation

In the event that Medicoccus cancels a course or subscription service, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
